I'm sorry, David. The use of $ as a filename delimiter is hard coded. It
never even occurred to me that a particular Linux variant would have a
problem with this.
Let me just make sure I've got this right. You can create files with $s in
them no problem, but when InstantDB starts to do it Debian objects. Is that
right?
