I am having a strange problem porting an app using instantDB from RedHat
to Debian.
The Debian server will not allow me to create a file with a '$' in the
filename.
Is it possible to configure instantDB to use a different delimiter for
its filenames.
I have tried various devious things such as creating empty files with
the correc6t filenames (touch will work if I use touch
'qlt$db$Index.tbl' - for example).
I have tried copying up my test database (tar will allow me to create
files with '$' in the name).
But all to no avail.
