Yes - it does! It's part of Enhydra Enterprise. Have a look at:

and delve down into the
/services/Jdbc/modules/JdbcLib/src/org/enhydra/jdbc/
library. You'll find driver wrapper code that can take any JDBC 1 or
JDBC 2 driver and add the JDBC 2.1 features. You need the core and
standard directories. There are also XA data sources and a directory of
InstantDB extensions that provide true (as opposed to simulated) 2-
phase commits.
