I am attempting to load InstantDB.  I am on Windows 98.  I have entered "java 
-Xms16m -Xms32m org.enhydra.instantdb.ScriptTool".  I get "incompatible 
initial and maximum heap sizes specified: initial size 16777216 bytes, 
maximum size: 32 bytes   The initial heap size must be less than or equal to 
the maximum heap size.   
The default and maximum heap sizes are 1048576 and 67108864 bytes.  Could not 
create the Java virtual machine."  What does that mean?  What do I do?
