Has to very late in Munchen.  This problem is in
archives almost every other day.  Solution is to
obtain the pacakge at www.javasoft.com/products/jta.

It's a Sun lib that doesn't come with JDK.  That the
package begins with javax is good clue that it's one
of Sun's.
