It looks like the debugger has a different classpath.
You could try putting the relevant packages in your classpath (either by
including the jar or by extracting the package / directories into somewhere
that is already on your classpath - eg your project classes output
directory).
the relevant packages are javax.transaction & javax.transaction.xa
they can be found on the sun site
