We've had the same problem using the Database component of JBuilders DataExpress components.  Same thing...we know it isn't a classpath issue.  The interesting thing is that other dbms connections, such as JDatastore and HypersonicSQL, work great.

Dear all,

i have tried to get a connection to sample.prp with the Jbuilder Tool JDBC
Explorer.
Unfortunately it cannot recognize the idb driver
"org.enhydra.instantdb.jdbc.idbDriver".
The DBBrowser works good so that there is no problem with the classpath.

any help in this matter is most welcome.
