Hello Martin,
the Path is correct but it looks like to be a connection problem to my host.
I have tried that access example from a remote computer and from this local
host and it worked fine.
Therefore i first thought that i had a problem with the path syntax.
there is something written about Portnumbers, it might be that, but i really
don't know which one i should use.
