Yes - this JIT error does appear from time to time. AFAIK, it has no adverse
consequences. Nevertheless, you should report it to Sun to let them know.

Subject: JIT Error
Hi,
After installing instant db 3.14 I ran the ScriptTool (as described in the
read me) and then the DBBrowser
application, I was playing around with some selects and I got a non fatal
JIT error:
AWT-EventQueue-0 SELECT * FROM test2 where byte1 in ( select test1.int1 from
test1)
A nonfatal internal JIT (3.10.107(x)) error 'LD: null preHeader' has
occurred in :
'org/enhydra/instantdb/db/Search.setRows ([I)V': Interpreting method.
Please report this error in detail to
http://java.sun.com/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi
Is this a known problem/issue?
java -fullversion returns 'JDK-1.2.2-004' platform is NT4 sp 4
