> We are trying to install a servlet which use InstantDB on my web server

I think you missed to properly define the servlets CLASSPATH.
What is the CLASSPATH you defined for your servlets?
For example, for Apache web server it is defined in the
httpd.conf file (search for ServeltClassPath)

Moreover, check your servlets errors log (for Apache,
logs/ jserv_errors/log) to see where exactly the error
occured.
