Enhydra: New Enhydra FAQ pages.

Sorry for the delay, but the Enhydra FAQ-o-matic has been
removed and replaced with a traditional set of FAQ pages.
Please send mail to feedback@enhydra.org with corrections or
suggestions for additional FAQs. Also, as requested,  the
new search engine can single out a search in the FAQ area or
mail archives.
