RE: InstantDB: Running instantdb outside of Enhydra: sequencesquestion

Peter,

Since SQL type triggers aren't in the product, if one wanted to have the
database do this, would one simply write an auto-increment function and have
it fire prior to insert??

Joel

You're quite right. If you aren't using Enhydra to generate sequences,
and you don't want to use IDB's AUTO INCREMENT, then I think you'll
have to do your own sequence generation in your application.

Regards

Pete
